Shipping & Delivery

  • Haatmela.com provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs. 500/- or more. Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged as delivery charges.
  • Cash On Delivery is an alternate payment method offered in addition to our existing payment options instead. In Cash On Delivery, you will have to pay the order amount to our courier partners at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.
  • For international buyer please contact via mail Support@haatmela.com. shipping rates, fees and day may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
  • Dilevery time is displayed in the shopping cart. Shipping varies between 1-5 days depending on the shipping location & size of the product.
  • All Haatmela items are delivered through reputed courier partners Like Fedex and First Flight who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.
  • Your order should reach your doorstep within 7-10 business days from the time it was confirmed with us. In very few cases, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. An estimated delivery time* is displayed on the product page and also on the Order Summary page of your order.

  • *These delivery times may change subject to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, weather conditions, etc.

  • While we work hard to provide delivery across ALL zip codes across India, there is a chance that we may have missed out on a few because of Non serviceable pin codes.
  • Orders fulfilled by Haatmela.com and shipped via our shipping partner will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
    • If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbours or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbours, or safely outside your house/office.
    • If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
    • If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us at Support@haatmela.com
