We do not store any credit card details with us as the transactions are done directly between the buyers and the payment gateway.

Q. What does the different order status mean?

Following are the different order statuses you can find under your account history: Pending – The product is in your Cart and payment is still pending for the same Under Process – Payment received; order now under process Delivered – Shipment delivered to you Cancelled – Order cancelled by you / Amount refunded to you

Q. When and how can I cancel an order?

You can initiate the cancellation of your order if your order status does not change to Under Process even after three days of making the payment.

Q. Do I need to pay anything at the time of delivery of the item?

The total amount charged at the time of placing the order is inclusive of shipping charges, if any. However, Octroi and other state specific charges will have to be paid by you at the time of delivery.

Q. How i can redeemed my Doscount Coupon?

  • A Discount Coupon is valid on a single/onetime transaction only. Multiple coupon cannot be reedemed by single person
  • The management holds the right to cancel the order finding the misuse of GCs
  • Discount Coupons are not redeemable /refundable for cash
  • Two Discount Coupons cannot be clubbed together
